Senior Scala Developer
Senior Scala Developer required for a 6/12 month rolling contract based in Dublin with a global Tier 1 investment bank. They are looking for talented developers with excellent Scala skills who have 10+ years Object Orientated programming experience (Java/Python/.NET). This is a great opportunity to work on a high profile global project for the bank and work across a large and globally distributed team.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong background in Java/.NET/Python with a minimum of 2+ years Scala experience
- Excellent knowledge of functional programming principles
- Experience working on application migration projects a distinct advantage
- UI/web application development with JavaScript & Angular is a plus
- Excellent communication skills required and experience working with locally and globally distributed teams
