An exciting News & Media organised based in Central London are looking for an experienced Go Developer (Golang) to join their team of talented Engineers, working on a range of cutting-edge new products for their internal team, as well as their global audience of millions of subscribers.
The Go Developer will have in-depth experience with Golang in complex distributed environments and will ideally have strong DevOps and Continuous Deployment experience. You should have worked with Go to a high-level and will be an expert with Agile methodologies.
Essential Experience
- Golang (must have some commercial experience)
- Polyglot exposure advantageous - Java/Scala/Python/Javascript
- Agile development - BDD, TDD, Pair Programming
- DevOps understanding - the business use Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes and Mesos
- NoSQL/Big Data - Cassandra, MongoDB, Neo4j, Hadoop, HBase, ElasticSearch
The Go Developer will be working in a talented cross-functional team of Engineers and Architects who design and develop cutting-edge applications and platforms for millions of users worldwide.
