Senior DeVops x3 required for one of the fastest growing IT Company in the Midlands!The organisation is growing successfully and so they are seeking x2 Business Analyst to join their team. Key responsibilities
- Supporting the requirements of the development team for the growth of the
- application platform
- Maintaining, supporting and continuously improving the various infrastructure
- platforms
- Helping plan, manage and implement new products and features as required
- Ensuring the reliability and availability of the Purplebricks services for millions of
- users
- Ensuring that all systems and workflows are documented and that documentation is
- maintained at all times
- Being the escalation point for infrastructure related issues when a problem resolution
- requires more than one parties involvement
- You will act as second and third line support for a large number of systems, mostly
- based on Microsoft Azure Iaas and Paas platform
- Becoming part of our day-to-day on-call rotation (both in and out of hours)
- Automating processes and procedures to help improve efficiency and standardisation
- across platforms
Technical skills
- Advanced, top-down web/application troubleshooting skills
- You will be proactive and have ability to use own initiative and follow issues to
- completion
- Designing and implementing solutions based on business requirements that are in
- line with our current architecture and best practices
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Have some experience with scripting and be familiar with "Infrastructure as Code"
