GMC DeveloperThe role
One of Talent's leading clients is urgently looking for a GMC Developer for an immediate start.
The role is to develop software applications to integrate with web orientated client and internal applications and assist with systems integration, developing code for both in house and external clients. Maintain and update existing code with latest methodologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and document software applications that will involve use of data for processing, integration with artwork, database entries for use in client facing web portal, report and analysis suite.
- Quality checking own and colleagues work.
- To have an understanding of the processes before and after data work (i.e. Creative, Print, Finishing and output).
Your responsibilities
- Work within a team to deliver change within large programmes for our clients
- Working closely with account teams to assist with the estimation of work
- Contribute to technical documentations and implement change within the GMC Inspire product suite
What you'll bring
- 6 months developing with GMC technologies and Cygnus
- Strong background in Direct Mail programming
- Experience of software development, version control and software release processes
- A clear understanding of database architectures
