The following skills are all desirable:

3 years' Software AG webMethods Integration Server development experience within an ESB environment
Experience developing using SoftwareAG Designer
Experience with webMethods MQ Adapter, webMethods JDBC Adapter
Good knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, Canonical models, WS-* concepts, SOA concepts
Ability to quickly adapt to the Waitrose development framework and standard
Strong Java development skills
Experience of working in an Integration environment and working collaboratively with other teams
Experience of working in a governed SOA environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
