Description
We are looking for a CICD coach for a leading international organization. This is great long-term assignment where you will guide Scrum Teams towards the implementation of CICD.
CICD Coaching will result in, mature teams that continuously improve their CICD practices autonomously and create an understanding and support for the implementation of CICD;
Non technical
Coaching skills: listening, patience, understanding, convincing;
Cultural awareness, both for the culture of a large enterprise such as ABN AMRO and for the culture of developers from different countries, most notably India;
Training
Technical
Development processes: shift left, Trunk Based development, Feature Toggles, BDD
Testing processes: Unit Testing, Stubs, Mocks etc.
Release and Deploy management.
