Talent International are proud to announce our partnership with one of the most recognised brands across the globe in their search for an experienced Automated Tester. To be based in central London, you will be joining a high performing team full of highly skilled and driven individuals.Performing as an Automation Tester within an agile team, your focus will be on implementing the designed tests run in continuous integration. You will be detail orientated, methodical, security focused and a self starter! It will be important to collaborate with other like minded peers in part of a small cross functional team which will consist of testers, developers and business analysts to ensure each release is of the highest quality.
The testing team are directly involved in weekly productions, interacting with premium software and systems that process transactions on a large-scale volume. You will employ Test Driven methodologies to ship code continuously to production.
Automation Tester - Responsibilities
- To define test scenarios & acceptance criteria for new functionality
- To maintain and create test frameworks in JAVA for API & UI based applications
- Non-functional testing
- To create & execute JSON based REST API tests
- To be involved in design reviews, providing input on functional requirements, schedules, product designs or any potential problems.
- Exploratory testing
- To be active in researching latest testing tools, resources, techniques and methodologies
Automation Tester - Skills
- Testing automation tools such as: Selenium, browserstack, Jmeter, POSTman, Webdriver, Fiddler, etc.
- Test frameworks in Java - Javascript - API Testing - Rest Assured - junit
- Web application testing
- Cloud environment testing
