Senior Software Engineer - £41.00 an hour - 12 Months - Samlesbury
This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence companies based in Samlesbury (Preston).
Duties for this role include:-
1. Support to Software Requirements Development & Management.
2. Analysis of Software Requirements.
3. Software Design using UML (eg. Rhapsody)
4. Coding and Code Reviews using C++
5. Software Testing and Reporting.
6. Software Release Documentation
The candidate will be expected to perform the above software life cycle steps with formal reviews between each and manage the software articles under configuration control tools. The candidate will help the team lead to support any life cycle reviews (eg. SRR, PDR, CDR and TRR).
The applicant will apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the software development life cycle.
