Description

SQL Server/MongoDB DBA - ECommerce. Renowned digital/Ecommerce organisation requires a Hybrid (50/50) DBA with both MongoDB and SQL Server DBA experience.

Core skills for the role are:

MongoDB/SQL Server Experience

  • Query performance tuning
  • OS & MongoDB/SQL Server troubleshooting
  • MongoDB replication, installations, upgrades & patching
  • OpsManager experience/knowledge
  • Good understanding of storage engines
  • Schema Design
  • Experience working with large (TB) databases

Desirable (not essential): Deployment in AWS/Coude, Operating system administration ie Linux (ubuntu).

    This is an initial 6 month role, based in Cambridgeshire, easily commutable from surrounding counties and London.
