Your New role :-
- Working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the OSS systems within the company environment.
- The Operational support systems are responsible for the configuration, activation, provisioning and maitenance of services and network resources. It consist of all the IT applications that support back-office activities and entails the following domains:
Network inventory management
- Resource
- Service
Service fulfillment
- Service order mgmt
- Service provisioning and activation
Workforce management
- Planning
- Field support
Third party communication
- Supplier/partner
- Wholesaling
Fault management
- Error handling
- Reporting
- Cooperation with other teams to realize projects End-to-End
Online team - Customer facing web applications and apps
BSS Rating and Billing team: pre-billing, post-billing, realtime rating for mobile and fixed
BSS Sales and Customer service: customer and product management, customer care
Your Skills and Qualifications :-
Essential Skills :-
- Analysis
- Abstract domain
-Bespoke or off-the-shelf applications
- Solution writing for different stakeholders
- Technical background
- SQL, XML/XSD, SOA, Java
- lose connection to engineering
- Telecom knowledge is a plus
Soft skills required
-Result driven
- Clear communicator

-Team player
Language requirement:
-Fluent spoken and written English
