Our client is an international Bank known to stay ahead of the curve with the aim of constant improvement of services offered to partners' and customers alike. Our client is looking for a Salesforce Digital Developer/Engineer with Social Studio to assist in taking their already expansive banking services online and accessible to all.
As a Salesforce Digital Developer/Engineer with Social Studio you will
- Deliver an MPV - webcare solution (Q1)
- Create new features
- Combine data from all aspects of the business thus improving customer satisfaction
- Participate with input for design, configuration and changes in platform.
As the successful Salesforce Digital Developer/Engineer with Social Studio you will need
- 3+ years' experience in a Digital environment, preferably within banking
- Salesforce Social Studio
- Experience with creating user stories
- Stakeholder management.
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
- Pro-active
- Agile mindset
- Team player
- Able to connect the business and IT
- Dev-Ops and CI/CD knowledge
