Description:
This is an assignment to work as a team member of a Order management team and according to the client process IT Request Fulfilment capture need, collect and process request, assign and follow up on Service Request assign to own company or third party suppliers.
Help bridging between client order management team and off shore fulfilment teams.
Requirements:
Experience of Fulfilment work
Good skill in IO/AO/AM and its differences
Fluent in Danish or Swedish
Skilled in English writing, speaking
Knowledge on tooling, HPSM
Quality oriented
Educated in ITIL, Service Delivery
