Proteus Europe is searching for Functional analyst available to work in a long term contract for one of our clients in Belgium.

Your New role:-
- Working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the OSS systems within the company environment.
- The Operational support systems are responsible for the configuration, activation, provisioning and maitenance of services and network resources.
It consist of all the IT applications that support Back Office activities and entails the following domains:
Network inventory management
- Resource
- Service
Service fulfillment
- Service order mgmt
- Service provisioning and activation
Workforce management
- Planning
- Field support
Third party communication
- Supplier/partner
- Wholesaling
Fault management
- Error handling
- Reporting
- Cooperation with other teams to realize projects End-to-End
Online team - Customer facing web applications and apps
BSS Rating and Billing team: pre-billing, post-billing, Real Time rating for mobile and fixed
BSS Sales and Customer service: customer and product management, customer care
Your Skills and Qualifications:-
Essential Skills:-
- Analysis
- Abstract domain
- Bespoke or off-the-shelf applications
- Solution writing for different stakeholders
- Technical background
- SQL, XML/XSD, SOA, Java
- Lose connection to engineering
- Telecom knowledge is a plus
Soft skills required
- Result driven
- Clear communicator

- Team player
Language requirement:
- Fluent spoken and written English
