On behalf of one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg, we are looking for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Software Engineer Java JEE (f/m) financial Area Luxembourg P485
Division/Section:
IT & Operations, Data & New Asset Classes, Reference Data
Field of activity
Reference Data builds, maintain and operates applications to manage Securities and Customer reference data.
The unit ensure the integrity and quality of data provided in order to allow processing platform to increase efficiency and availability of settlement functionalities.
Tasks/Responsibilities Area:
produce Functional and Technical Specifications
participate and support the application development activities
provide technical expertise in preparation of the automated test scenarios
deliver/support an automated continuous integration/delivery framework
ensure daily progress reporting
interact with the functional, architecture and testing teams
provide 1st line support during production rollout and post implementation phases
Qualifications/Required Skills:
strong technical expertise in Java, Java EE, SQL (Oracle/PostGres) and Linux
working experience in DevOps, Test Driven Development and Cloud (AWS)
good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSF/Javascript UI (AngularJS, JQuery)
knowledge of Jboss EAP, Jboss Fuse, Oracle Weblogic, Active MQ
hands on InteliJ, Jenkins, SonarQube, HPFortify, GitHub, Ansible, Jira, JasperSoft, Docker
fast learner, solution oriented
capacity to quickly understand and enhance existing applications
ability to work in a team distributed across multiple locations
knowledge of Oracle Report will be an asset
business knowledge in the field of Reference Data managing applications is considered as an advantage
proficiency in written and spoken English: French and German language skills will be an asset
