Skills
- Senior software developer (> 7 years experience);
- 3 - 5 years experience with Mulesoft API development;
- Demonstrable experience with various software development and deployment tools, such as GIT, Jenkins, XLDeploy, Maven, etc .;
- Demonstrable experience with working in scrum teams;
- Clear infra affinity;
Soft skills
- Results-oriented; candidate must be able to find a balance between technical excellence and the achievement of the project milestones;
- Independent; there is little to no room to manage project members
- Team player, social, easy to handle;
- Sensitive for organization and team culture; The candidate must be able to adjust his/her communication to the public;
- Candidate must be able to translate functional objectives into his/her duties and vice versa;
- Candidate must be able to think and work from the total project interest; so have an eye for testing and management; act as sparring partner for functional analysts, etc.
