Senior ITO/ICT Solution Architect Consultant

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to support their projects in the China.

Position Title: Senior ITO/ICT Solution Architect Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: January 2018
Duration: 6 month initially

Responsibilities:
- Core role is to act as the subject matter expert for managed service business/solution architecture design, development and outsourcing engagement, relating to IT and ICT convergent operations and technology transformation;
- You will have held a senior position such as Operations Director or MS Solution Sale Executive or similar senior level.
- Your experience in effective business planning, transformation and translating technology into business needs will be critical to success in this position.
- You are able to work on a business and technology level with the client CXO team to effectively evaluate the client’s current operation form a business and technology perspective, to support Huawei’s overall strategy for ITO Managed Service Solution.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry.
- Rich ITO Outsourcing project experience as a Solution Architect and/or IT Operations Expert
- Great knowledge of IT Operations.
- Working experience with Wipro or IBM is preferred.
- Experience with engaging with industry leaders to build business relationships.
- Experience in working with client C-Suite including CEO.
- Profound IT industry and associated leading edge solutions and strategies experience that can be applied to opportunities at business unit, country or international levels.
- Profound strategic thinking, excellent knowledge of different business models and related operations as well as the IT evolution/transformation roadmaps.
- Excellent knowledge of various techniques and tools (e.g., opportunity assessment resources, global finance planning, etc.) to help reduce selling cycle time and to bring innovative, executable solutions to customers/prospects in the most timely manner.
- Very familiar with the competition's offerings, strategies, and plans. Able to effectively differentiate the Client's offerings from the competition and able to create distinct customer preferences for the Client's offerings.
- Able to lead business unit, country or international teams of professionals including Frontline Service Solution Sales, Account Responsible, Solution Architects and the Client's Business Partners and others to identify opportunities.
- Flexible with extensive worldwide travelling (40%>).
- Fluent written and spoken English (Chinese preferred)
