An exciting opportunity has arisen for a contract ETL/Database Developer to join a world leading organization based in Dubai.
Skills/Environment
Primary Skills: Exadata & Oracle (primary), Microstrategy
Secondary Skills: Informatica, Cassandra, Hadoop, Google Big Query, Hive, Data modeling tools and MicroStrategy
Role Overview:
*Minimum of 8 years of Technical in-depth knowledge should produce optimum design and Solution Architecture for Projects.
*Highly proficient in the usage of design tools and frameworks.
*Should have expertise in types of Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical).
*Sound knowledge in Modeling Notations, How To Model Data, Identifying entity types, Identifying attributes, Identifying relationship.
*Expertise in Design/Create Universe, Create database connection, Setup Parameters, Insert Tables and Columns, Create Classes & Objects, Create Joins, Create Hierarchies, Create Aliases, Create Contexts, Resolve Loops, Trap.
*In-depth knowledge of design patterns and decision-making ability on when and why to use specific patterns.
*Understand and address non-functional requirements in system with an optimum design
*Build, maintain and spread best practices in system architecture to design engineers.
*Ability to build something innovative and new in technology. Enable technology learning sessions. Provide inputs on establish a technology career plan that aligns with the IT roadmap.
