Description
SC Cleared AWS Developers (Java, Ruby and/or Python)
A very prestigious and large organisation with an enviable global client base are looking for a number of developers to help with some major projects on their AWS platform.
NB: You must have current and valid SC clearance to be considered for this role.
The role will involve the following:
Automation related technical work
Design and implementation of environments on AWS ie cloud formation, EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda etc
Documentation
Supporting testers where necessary
E2E development and production
Good understanding of sprint, CI and CD life cycles
Delivery of CD services
Contributing to development of standards and frameworks
You will need the following to be considered for the role:
Strong previous development experience on the AWS platform
Good development and Scripting skills as a min. Across Java, Groovy, Python and/or Ruby (at elast ONE of these necessary)
Linux Shell Scripting skills
Sound knowledge of Git, Jenkins, puppet
Any knowledge of Gradle, Maven or Jira would be a plus
