Siebel Team Lead
Objective of the function
Our client is merging 2 different IT platforms. In this context, Siebel has been selected for the customer, contract and service management application for the merged' company. In order to align the processes of both companies, some new functionalities need to be supported in the Siebel application.
The Siebel application is currently being managed by a team of experienced Siebel developers and analysts. However, this team is insufficiently staffed to meet the scope and timings of the it merger - project.
Responsibilities
This request looks for an experienced Siebel Team Lead. His/her main responsibility will consist of leading a team of Siebel developers that is in charge of delivering the required new functionalities in the Siebel application. She/He will also be responsible for loading of 300K additional customers in the Siebel application.
Skills & knowledge
- 4+ years experience of Siebel 8
- Experience in leading a team of developers
- Knowledge of design patterns, development standards and project methodologies.
- Results oriented and self-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasks/responsibilities with a relatively low degree of supervision
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to remain focus whilst working under pressure
- Good knowledge English (knowledge of Dutch & French is a plus)
- Preferably Master in IT. (or equivalent by experience)
