Your tasks:
- Set-up Governance Framework to gather and manage end-user feedback and Vendor Product Team
- Work with general UX teams to create future UX standard guidebook for reward platform
- Redesign process steps, where applicable
- Apply common standards for global accessibility and mobile access
- Act as cross-sectional function on ongoing reward platform initiatives
Your qualifications
- Proven knowledge regarding UX (re-) design
- Knowledge of HR reward and compensation processes would be beneficial
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organization
- Ability to steer vendors within contractual framework
