Test Analyst, QA Analyst, Test Automation EngineerThis Test/QA Analyst opportunity has come to market due to the rapid expansion of this technology company and the ever-growing demand for their solutions.
They specialise in cutting edge mobile solutions, m-commerce and data manipulation.
Clients include Transport for London, Santander, First Group, Go Ahead Group, Transport for Edinburgh, TfGM and Keolis. We have grown exponentially to market leader in our initial targeted sector, winning multiple awards along the way.
This is an exciting opportunity for a someone with a genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to be part of a fast moving, exciting environment, to join our QA Team; testing mobile Apps, cloud based software solutions and supporting our clients.

Salary & Benefits - £30 - £35,000 (based on experience) + bonus + 23 days holiday + subsidised on-site gym membership + Mac laptop + pension.
About your responsibilities:
- Testing of our Mobile Apps and Cloud based software.
- Writing test documentation (e.g. test plans and test scripts).
- Help develop automated testing procedures.
- Being part of and reporting to the delivery team.
- Liaising, helping and training colleagues and clients with UAT when necessary.
- Discussing designs with colleagues and helping developers reproduce bugs so they can be fixed.
- Answering customer (B2B) queries/support issues using (e.g.) Zendesk and Jira.
About you:
The most important qualities we look for are -
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar Mobile/SaaS technology company in the UK.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mind.
- Great attention to detail.
- A passion for, and experience of, technologies such as iOS, Android, NoSQL, C#, Linqpad, Appium is important.
- Educated to degree level would be great; computer science, mathematics etc ideal.
- You must have a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. It is vital that you are a strong team player, motivated by individual and organisational success.
