Support Analyst

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Support Analyst to join their business in the Name of the country.
Position Title: Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Support a number of applications major business units
- Collaborate with project teams and operations ensuring that support issues are tracked, resolved and communicated effectively
- Ensuring high-quality responses to customers issues in an ever timely and efficient way.
- Respond to new incidents quickly and resolve the majority of incidents within the clients SLA
- Create technical and user documentation based on learnings in support and gaps in the applications documentation

Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years I.T. experience or equivalent preferably with in a large and challenging multinational organization
- Document I/F level management experience with large volume of channels & EDI documents (FTP, Web Service)
- Experienced in any system management (asp.net, java, php) development / operation
