Description
Skills Required:
- 5+ years design and development experience with Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) processes using IBM Infosphere DataStage 8.7 & 11.5 with Teradata
- Experienced with Datastage Server job development
- 5+ years and expert knowledge developing Teradata SQL for data warehousing applications
- Experience developing Unix Shell Scripts
- 5+ years working with a Data Warehousing software development life cycle
- Expert knowledge of Data Warehouse data ingestion strategies
- Experience in Teradata Relational database design for analytics and metrics
- 3+ years experience with ETL Architecture design and ETL software development life cycle from requirements gathering, testing, development, deployment and maintenance.
- Understanding Data Modeling, relational and dimensional Modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake dimensional data models.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in small teams with dedicated work effort to meet project deadlines
