Our Fortune 500 client located near Cleveland is looking for 2 (TWO) IT Systems Analyst.s NOTE, this is not a business systems analyst position (gathering requirements, documenting requirements, etc.). This position requires using knowledge of technical system analysis to define improvements in performance and design that meet business needs. Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology, or related discipline, which could include Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Systems (IS). In lieu of a degree, related work experience will be accepted.
- Must have at minimum of 5 years of related work experience designing/developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications. Must have a strong working knowledge of IT technologies, software applications, and programming languages.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.
- Agility in learning new systems and processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with and influence others.
- Listening, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details
