Description
For our client we are currently looking for a senior software development specialist to support a project in ServiceNow development and integration. The project structure is divided into technical streams and the cross-function stream. The support is required for the cross-function stream.Cross-functions stream:
? Design and implementation of ITSM processes according to ITIL best practice
? Implementation of the new ITSM tool ServiceNow
? Service integration and alignment with 3rd party providers
? Integration of all support groups and business areas in a standardized support organization
? Harmonisation of global IT-support processes for all business areas
Location:
On-site-presence on a regular basis in Leverkusen (Cologne), partly remote
Tasks:
? Development and implementation of ServiceNow based on development standards, agreed time schedules, product functionality, budget, quality and costs, especially of the following modules:
o Problem management
o Knowledge management
? Support on design and testing of ServiceNow
? Provision of technical documentation on realized modules
? Technical adivse for development on tool
