Scrum Master | Belgium | 400 EUR - 500 EUR per day | 6 Month Contract (with extensions)
Our client requires a Scrum Master who possess 3 or more years experience working as Scrum Master or Scrum Coach in an agile organization, who has managed multiple scrum teams to complete an Agile Transformation.
As Scrum Master you must understand the SDLC and the challenges Software Developers face. You must understand the general Software Development principals and have experience introducing Agile into organisations.
Skills:
- Have a broad understanding of lean thinking, agile principles and also practices..
- Understand the modern software engineering principles and come from a Software Development Background
- Have good insight in people and are able to help teams grow by making connections in teams, between teams, with business stakeholders
- You are not easily set back and drive for improvements and solutions.
