Full-stack Developer
One of my market leading financial clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a Full-stack Developer for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

The Full-stack Developer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- Proficient in English or Dutch (verbal and written)
- At least 5 years of work experience in software development with at least 3 years of hands-on Java programming and 5 years Front End experience
- Experience with Front End development
- Strong knowledge of Java development for Internet solutions. You know the difference between the frameworks and know which to apply depending on the requirements
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools like: GIT, Sonar, JMeter, Jenkins, Fortify, Cucumber, Docker and able to configure these tools
- Having an agile mind set, fast to adapt constant changes and feeling comfortable with it
- Focused on what is most important at all time, realizing when to change the game plan and when to stick to it
- Good social and communication skills
The Full-stack Developer will perform the following responsibilities:
- Deliver re-usable web components for all teams;
- Set up and maintain environment for sharing these components;
- Streamlining our development process all the way from code check-ins, peer code reviews, static code analysis, running automated functional regressions test to automated deployment in production (using the best tools that we can find: eg Jira, Gitlab, Docker, Jenkins, ).
- Improving our continuous integration, increasing our automated test coverage, and helping us get to the next level of maturity with respect to Continuous Delivery.
