Signify Technology are working with an award winning tech company in Belgium. Who is looking for 2 Contract Scala Engineers with a Java background. The contract will be for a minimum 1 year.
The role is working with a group of high calibre individuals in a dynamic environment, working on some innovate technology. This is a great opportunity to work on the latest big-data analysis and visualisation tools, whilst extending their current state of the art reactive software stack
The company may be able to offer 2 or 3 days remote work from home however candidates must be committed to relocating to Belgium or show long term commitment.
Skills Required for the Senior Scala Developer
5 Years Developer experience
1 Year minimum Scala experience
Java experience/background
Akka
Experience working with algorithms
Play, Kafka, Cassandra, Spark, is a bonus
Masters Degree is essential
Start up experience is a bonus
