GDPR implementation
I'm looking for an experienced GDPR implementation PM to review the use of (personal) data, define a data policy and validate it with the business.
The role is in Brussels with an initial 5 months contract + extension. Day rate is a max of Euro 450 (all inclusive).
Mission (description)/Description de mission:
1. For 5 applications, review the use of (personal) data, define a data policy and validate it with the business
2. Define and implement the needed procedure to implement the policy defined in point 1.
List of applications: BRPM, Service Now, BPM (IBM), DML (internal development in PHP), ISCO (internal development in .Net)
Deliverables/Livrables:
- Data policies validated by the business
- Derived procedure
- can be automated or manual
- control of the execution must be in place
- Proof that the procedure are executed
Technical Prerequisite/Prérequis techniques:
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Knowledge of the application or of the underlying technology (PHP, .Net, Java)
- Experience in BPM (writing and documenting procedure)
Mandatory/Obligatoires:
- GDPR
- Process definition and documentation
- Data life cycle
Optional/Optionnelles:
- BRPM, BPM, ServiceNow, PHP, .Net
Other skills(like Language...)/Autres compétences (Langues):
Being able to adopt different points of view depending on the context: global vision, and detail
analysis.
Being pragmatic: add value to processes and templates by making sure they can be applied on the
field and are useful.
Being a positive factor of change.
Experience from multi cultural environments is a plus.
Experience with hands on multi-site tool deployment is a plus, especially source control, version
control and configuration management tools.
Ability to understand and collaborate with IT professionals.
Prefers to work in a collaboratively and co-operatively environment with others across the
international network and Matrix organisation.
