We currently have a vacancy for one Senior Java Developer to offer his/her services within a European agency (client) in BRUSSELS to start ASAP a 200 w/days contract (initial) in an EN-speaking environment. Extensions are possible. Our client is an international Organisation and a great reference in any CV.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of software applications
- Development and integration of technological components
- Implementation of user requirements.
- Prototyping
- Elaboration of test programs
- Integration with other applications
- Writing of technical documentation
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system
- Participation in meetings with the project teams.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum a total of 12 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school.
- Minimum a total of 10 years of experience in the development of Java and Oracle applications.
- In depth knowledge of application developments with Java EE (JSP, EJB, JMS, Spring, Struts);
- Good knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL;
- Good knowledge of the following Front End web development technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript (TypeScript), jQuery, Bootstrap;
- Knowledge of WebLogic (Application Server);
- Knowledge of Eclipse (IDE);
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Ability to understand, speak and write French and English
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on a large project
