Your tasks:
- Work as part of an Agile Team (Scrum) on delivering backend services providing structured model information to vehicles
- Develop backend services in the microservice architectural style and consume various external and internal APIs
- Focus is on rapid delivery of business value and maintaining technical health
- Demonstrate strong skills across the development lifecycle from sprint planning to sprint demos, incl. automated unit testing
- Quickly familiarize yourself with new technical areas or services
Your qualifications
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot is a plus) or alternatively JavaScript and node.js
- Developer testing experience (jUnit or equivalent)
- Knowledge in any combination of Docker, MongoDB (or other document-oriented NoSQL databases), Redis, Azure or Bluemix, Git
- Basic Jenkins understanding
- English language skills
- DevOps and Cloud-first mindset
- Experience with Istio, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Kubernetes, Test automation
- Site Reliability Engineering skills (e.g. Ops focus in DevOps)
- Experience regarding automotive, Urbancode deploy, Artifactory or Terraform
