Description

We are urgently looking for a Salesforce administrator - Data Migration Specialist for one of the leading E-commerce companies, based in Amsterdam. The duration of the job is 3 months (with possibility of extension).

Responsibilities

* Own the export, transform, load process to deliver end-end data migrations from Legacy and/or non-existent systems to central Salesforce data model accurately and on-time
* Devise and document data migration plans including data format/templates and key milestones; execute user acceptance testing through to production go live
* Liaise directly with stakeholders to educate, troubleshoot and provide clarity on required data optimisations
* Review and influence data quality across local platform, perform cleansing & de-duplication activities, provide exception reports to stakeholders and management
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, super users and development team with first line technical support
* Develop a suite of meaningful, insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 3+ year's work experience
* 3+ years Salesforce administrator experience; Salesforce certification beneficial ADM 201/ADM 211/ADM 301
* 3+ years advanced data migration experience essential; extract, transform, load (ETL)
* Understanding of relational databases with strong technical & analytical skills
* Excellent communication
* Close attention to detail
* Ability to work independently

* Ability to dissect business requirements and return high quality solutions that meet expectations.
* A solid understanding of business processes
