Senior Legal Counsel (Digital, Content & Marketing)
6 Month + Contract
Maidenhead, Berkshire
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a industry leading company within their Marketing, Media & Intellectual Property team, supporting all marketing and digital functions. This will be an initial 6 month contract based in their offices in Maidenhead.
This position would suit a senior Lawyer/Legal Counsel with 5 years + PQE, with experience of working on complex commercial marketing and digital projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be a part of cutting edge data products within the Mobile industry and ground breaking customer propositions.
As Senior Legal Counsel you will report into the Head of Legal, working independently on complex projects, you will use your commercial and legal perspective to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Contract Lawyer with significant exposure to tech, data, e-commerce, telco or marketing sectors
- 5 years + PQE
- Be able to provide strategic, commercial and legal advice
- Be able to work collaboratively
- Experienced in drafting technical contracts
- Private or in-house background
