Aufgabe/ Anforderung:
Act as an intermediate work force and knowledge holder to ensure (a) business continuity and (b) knowledge transfer in the fields Procure-to-pay and Material Master Data Management from the current experts to the future team:
• Gather knowledge from current Business Support experts
• Perform day-to-day Business Support tasks
• Make sure that the relevant knowledge is transferred to the future Business Support team as soon as the team has been established in Regensburg

Business Support activities comprise the following major tasks:
• Procure-to-pay:
a. solve tickets and other issues regarding P2P processes and systems
b. create and follow-up Change Requests, work on Change Requests issued by other functions
c. provide expert support regarding: Extranet, PR Workflow, BDN, Extranet, Purchase File (PDMS, Bestellakte), Contract Management, other P2P tasks
• eCatalogues:
a. manage set-up process of new catalogues, align with catalogue responsibles and IT
b. ditto for deletion and modification of existing catalogues or individual items
c. raise and manage tickets with external supplier of catalogue platform (OpusCapita)
d. manage interface to IT regarding catalogue topics and SAP SRM platform (PS2)
e. solve upcoming issues (trouble-shooting) in cooperation with IT and OpusCapita
f. maintain EPSC usage in e-catalogues
• Legal & Org Changes:
a. steer and/or contribute to implementation of new plants and company codes (or changes of existing ones) – in close alignment with Business Support Integration
b. support Business Support Integration regarding proposed system solutions for new small units
• Material Master Data Management:
a. provide support to users regarding material master data usage
b. review requests from business for creation or modification of material/service master data, execute mass transactions or handle individual requests
c. solve issues raised via tickets
d. analyse transmission errors (IDOC)
• Warehousing:
a. initiate creation or modification of MRP controllers (as requested by business)
b. support in case of questions or requests regarding (semi-)automated warehousing processes (MRP)
• Account determination:
a. check requests for new entries, propose suitable entries
b. align with accounting and trigger implementation
• Autotesting:
a. check weekly test results, analyse reasons and find solutions

Soft-Skills:
• Proven expert knowledge in SAP MM, SAP SRM and (Material) Master Data Management (MDM)
• Track record of providing temporary SAP and MDM support to larger corporations, preferably in the utility sector
• Ability to understand the customers SAP landscape including GLOBE template
• Technical understanding regarding products relevant for customer would be an asset

Fach-Skills:
• Strong service approach while finding a good balance between internal stakeholders’ requests and Business Support role
• Comfortable with working under pressure and within a transformation process
• “Hands on” approach to all tasks, Strong team player, Fluency in German and good communication in English are a pre-requisite
