T4S Solutions are partnered with a leading provider of IT Services who are looking to hire an Functional Analyst in Brussels on a 6 month extendable contract assignment.
Nature of services
My client have started a project to develop a SmartCity platform. This can be summarized in "A single platform that brings together useful and necessary information and functionalities for accessing data and services in the Brussels Region".
This mission order concerns the initial phase of the project (phase 0) which aims to prepare for the following phases by:
- Setting up the governance structure;
- Drafting detailed functional analysis of subsequent phases;
- Writing the technical analysis of the subsequent phases;
- Validating the first technical concepts to implement.
Tasks
- Continued writing of the functional analysis of the SmartCity platform;
- This Functional Analysis must be detailed enough to be used as a basis for work;
- For the writing of the technical analysis carried out during this same phase;
- For the estimation of the overall project workload;
- It must be written using the BRIC standards;
- Enterprise Architect;
- Confluence;
- Use Cases & UML;
- Various analytical activities.
Senior Functional Analyst with proven experience in the following skill areas:
Expertise:
