The banking sector is on the one hand is actively innovating, while on the other hand needs to keep up with regulatory compliance, effortless onboarding of new customers, optimized customer journeys and quicker time to market. To address these developments, the customer team (21 FTE) has built a full online digital bank in a shared Cloud environment and assumes 100% responsibility for its IT operations. We run this bank using the latest IT technologies that guarantee 100% functional uptime. It is one thing to 'launch' a digital bank, but the true challenge arises when enabling the bank to quickly adapt to the changing market conditions by bringing differentiating features to the market quickly. The team has seamlessly integrated CI/CD principles as a standard way of working.
Who do we need and why?
We are looking for a person with hands-on mentality and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As part of the daily operations of this bank, we are looking to add someone to our team who can maintain and develop the customer specific software for the bank and its underlying business processes. This requires extensive knowledge of T-SQL and understanding of C# and Git. You are also willing to take the lead in the gathering of client requirements, to work in co-creative sprints with the customer, partners and team members. Assist during analysis phase, implement changes, resolving issues and automating releases. You know enough experience with C# to be able to extend, maintain and troubleshoot the existing custom code. You have 3-5 years of experience, relevant experience in the banking industry is a pre.
