Functional Analyst (Billing Systems) - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH only.
Skills and Experience:
- BSS business and functional knowledge in Rating and Billing Telecom. Knowledge on Kenan Amdocs billing system or similar.
- Functional knowledge on Billing and Post-billing, including product configuration, usage modelling, interfaces definition, payments, revenue sharing, migrations.
- Requirements definition, solution analysis and high level design specification.
- Project life cycle, Agile methodologies, coordination & end to end support.
- Technical background: Oracle, SQL, UML, BMPN, SOA, Enterprise architecture.
