Data Scientist - Machine Learning

They are pioneers in the IT services world and are supporting multiple major projects around Europe. They are looking to expand their service levels with the client across multiple technologies.
The Role
ConSol Partner's client is looking for skilled Data Scientist to take part in machine learning, Datamodelling etc. This will be to provide crucial insights into the customers data and as a result optimize processes along the way.
Must have:
Build algorithms to predict the metabolic properties of food samples in a number of predetermined applications
Create the programming for signal processing of our measurements
Maintain relationships with the academic world to follow on trends and evolutions in technology and applications
Work independently while being part of a multidisciplinary team of scientists, technologists and business profiles.
The ability to work successfully in both a team/Matrix environment as well as independently is essential.
Authoritative quantitative analysis skills, particularly in chemometrics and multivariate statistical modelling (PLS, OPLS-DA, PCA).
Master machine learning methods and techniques for dimensionality reduction (PCA), regression/
calibration (PLS,PCR,Ridge,Lasso), classification (SVM,GBM,LDA,QDA,LogR) and clustering.
Knowledge of python Scripting for automation is a must
