SQL developer with C# .net Luxembourg contract

SQL developer with C# Luxembourg NEED to have Visual Studio, need to have SSDT and unit testing. If you then have TSQL stored procedures, if you have good reporting services, if you have continuous deployment and automation deployment then you are pretty perfect for this role. The team has two splits, 1 is more C# the other is more SQL so depending on your skills it depends where you will work. For this role you DO NEED both SQL and C# development skills, more weight given on SQL. If you then have Jscript, nodeJS, micro services, NOSQL then all the better. Also; you will need to have Agile and/or Scrum background. This is a 6 month contract but it will last 1-2-3 years. The day to day is the above but we need passionate developers, people who like new technology, people who keep upto date with technology and who have driven, innovation, people who are curious about IT Tech, people with energy, drive and flexibility.

Looking for developers and senor developers, architects, solution architecture.

Responsible for leading development and build tasks which contribute to the delivery of working software required by the team (Product) Owner
Responsible for contributing to the analysis and testing of working software required by the Product Owner
Accountable for ensuring user stories are delivered to the working system' definition of done within agreed sprint
Accountable for ensuring committed PI Objectives and Sprint Objectives are met
Responsible contributing to agile planning, including sizing stories, parsing user stories into tasks etc.
Working with colleagues from other agile teams and shared service teams to both communicate and accept dependencies
Supporting the System Team in readiness for the System Demo
Participate enthusiastically and effectively in Client Agile ceremonies
Ensuring continued improvement through conducting regular retrospective reviews and executing high priority actions that emerge
Committing to increasing their skills and experience in non-core specialisms (Analysis, Test)
Supporting other team members to improve their software development skills and experiences
Performing the role of Scrum Master for the agile team if required to do so
Committing to developing the wider GT organization through leadership of communities, guilds or key involvement in other non-core activities

General and Technical skills

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, (SAFe is preferred)
Wide experience of software development across a number of different capabilities, systems or teams; number of different (positive) experiences is valued higher than length of experience
Very high level of technical skill using development tools, frameworks and programming languages, specifically required for delivery
Very high level of technical capability in respect of developing technology solutions, both in house developed bespoke applications and commercially available off the shelf solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and .NET platform specifically C#.
Web Front End tools (sound Javascript skills, preferably with REACT experience).
Microservice architecture (node.js or ServiceFabric or similar).
Enterprise messaging bus (Kafka or similar).
SQL and NoSQL databases (Couchbase or MongoDB or similar).
DevOps - CI, build automation, continuous deployment, fast path to live, etc.
Quality control of code and releases (TDD, unit testing, coding for testability).
Experience of working with global colleagues and stakeholders and sensitivity to cultural differences, time zones etc.
Good understanding of the business context of the Capabilities
Good understanding of how the work [features and stories] delivered by the managers teams contributes to Epics
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

Please note; unless you have a Luxembourg set up you need to work via an umbrella company to pay tax and social security in country. We need this done from day one. Tax and social security is circa 34%, the umbrella company pay you direct into your bank every month and the take care of all administrative work - insurance and so on. Simple, easy, legal and a must-do for EU contracts. You have nothing to do but the work you are contracted to do and send a timesheet at the end of the month.

They charge 500 euros per month for their service but it's a simple one-stop-shop.
