-Providing direct administrative support to top company executives-Answering, screening and routing phone calls as appropriate
-Maintaining personal, confidential and business files
-Coordinating business schedule including booking travel and reconciling expense Reports
-Extensive appointment management and maintenance of calendar
-Preparing and editing presentations using PowerPoint and Visio
-Communicating with clients, colleagues and vendors both on the phone and via email
