Description
For our international client located in The Hague, I am currently sourcing for:
Scrum Master
- You will work with multiple co-located Scrum teams of talented engineers in an open and informal environment;
- You will facilitate all Scrum events;
- You will work closely with developers and testers to remove impediments;
- You will coach and support the product owners in maintaining a prioritized backlog and a clear breakdown of work;
Your Profile
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience as Scrum Master within a software development delivery organization;
- You have a Scrum Master certification;
- You have experience and knowledge of Scrum in a growing organization; - You have excellent time management, decision making and organization skills and able to work well with others as part of a team;
- You have a background as a software developer, background as a Java developer is preferred;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
