Hope you are well. I am looking to fill Mechanical Engineer role with one of our Client. Please go through the description and let me know if you are interested.
Role: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Didcot
Duration: 5 Months with possibility of extension
Rate: £200-£250 per day
- Assembly of mechanical systems ( eg rail platforms, mounting assemblies) following assembly procedures
- Installation of components (eg compressors, Helium and water lines, rails, mounting pads for support of panelling) in support of Vacum chamber systems in accordance with mechanical drawings or installation procedures
- Modification of existing systems
- Assembly of jigs and fixtures as required to support the operations of the group
- Working according to good housekeeping procedures and Health & Safety regulations by maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Ideal applicants will have a combined Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) background following an Indentured Apprenticeship
- Training to work at height and licenses to operate IPAF and cranes ideal

Candidates to ideally have the following:
- IPAF 3A (Scissor lift) and 3B (Mobile Boom) license
- Crane certification
- Mobile scaffold tower certification
