iRole: ETL/Informatica Consultant
Location: Dublin, IE
Duration: 6months + Contract
Skill Requirements:
- At least 6 years of Data Warehouse/dimensional models and Business Intelligence
- 5 - 9 years of End to End ETL development/support experience with Informatica (Primary Skill)
- 3+ years of experience on SQL Server.
- Analyze data sources and target data models
- Proactively analyze and identify problem areas and plan/implement steps for process improvement.
- Familiarity with performance tuning of sources, mappings, targets and sessions.
- Need deep understanding of Informatica ETL design/build/testing processes.
- Experience in high data volume environments.
- Maplet, Mappings, Session, Transformations
- Testable strong SQL with Complex queries (joins/indexes/compression/etc.).
- Proficient testing skills unit, system, and integration.
- Good experience in Unix/Shell Scripting.
- Banking Domain Experience.
- Very good communication skills.
- Experience with any version control tool (GIT, BitBucket, Jira preferred).
- Experience with scheduling tool like Control M or any other scheduler is advantage.
- Worked on Production Support activities is added advantage.
- Experience with ITIL processes is added advantage
