Description
We are looking for Level2 Supporter (m/f) for our client in Wolfsburg, Germany.Level2 Supporter (m/f)
Experience :
• Minimum 3 years of experience Level2 Support in the software application support project (AMS).
• Must be expertise with ticketing tool like HPSC 2 etc.
• Analysis and resolution of application related issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing the solution within the SLA.
• Prioritise 1 & 2 incidents and provide root cause analysis, recommendations for improvements through problem tickets.
• Must be familiar with ITIL Process incident, Service request, Problem ticket and change ticket resolution process.
• Understand the priorities, communicate with users and provide necessary feedback as required.
• Maintaining ticket quality in terms of documenting details like incident analysis, solution and stake holder communication etc.
• Knowledge in logistics, order management, planning will be preferred.
• Experience with automotive manufacturing will be added advantage.
• Flexible to work in shifts and support on calls when required.
• Must have experienced in one more of following technologies.
A. .NET, MySQL,
B. Java, Oracle11g-12c
C. MSBI, MS Analysis Service, OLAP, Gentia
D. Mainframe, Cobol, DB2, JCL
E. Tomcat, RVS, Unix, Windows Server,
