Project description
In this role you are responsible for the development, implementation and realization of analytical and data processing solutions for Data & Analytics within the ICT architecture. Here you work with ASP.NET/C # .NET/Microsoft SQL Server/Azure. It is your goal to make insights and modern analysis methods (machine learning) available to the business from a big data environment.
In this challenging role you perform the following activities:
- Contribute to the development of a vision and BI & Analytics roadmap regarding analytical and data processing solutions;
- Translating business requirements and/or internal and external developments into functional specifications for analytical and data processing solutions and necessary internal and external interfaces and capture, describe and manage these;
- (Let) programming and manufacturing of analytical and data processing systems, as well as performing functional and user acceptance tests, checking and analysing test results, as well as (having) correcting errors, in collaboration with the solutions team, ICT and/or external parties;
- (Re) furnishing and (re) integrating systems in Jumbo's ICT landscape, as well as giving explanations, dealing with issues and assisting the department and internal clients with regard to the applicability, manageability, (re) design and development possibilities of (realized) ) system solutions;
- Sharing conclusions and recommendations with the solutions team in the field of analytical developments/trends and improvement possibilities for the design of processes;
- Collaborate with and submit questions to external suppliers regarding the realization, (re) design, applicability and development possibilities of system solutions, as well as the submission of requests for and information on outsourcing processes at suppliers for additional capacity or technology, in consultation with the data
- Recording and supplying realized system information, information about work performed and/or reporting (recording in JIRA).
Your profile
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Junior/medior/Senior data engineer
- Experience with Object Oriented programming languages preferable .net
- Experience with data engineering like Machine learning/deep learning, Spark, hadoop, artificial intelligence, etc.
- Experience with azure is a plus
