MsSQL DBA - PowerShell, MSSQL, Windows, Oracle, Unix - Luxembourg
A leading European IT services client of mine is urgently looking for an MsSQL DBA for a 12 month project in Luxembourg. Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the management of Databases.
MsSQL DBA Requirements:
Required Skills:
Microsoft SQL 2005, 2008, 2012 and 2016 on Windows platform
Scripting skills (PowerShell for Microsoft SQL)
Good Knowledge of:
Use of Netbackup
Use of Computer Associate Autosys
Monitoring of MSSQL Servers via SCOM
Understanding of the deployment of packages and patches via SCCM
Oracle 11g, 12c for Unix/Linux
MySQL 5.X
Scripting skills (Unix shells for Oracle/MySQL, SAP/Sybase)
SAP/Sybase ASE 15.7 for Unix/Linux
Qualifications Required:
* Professional IT certifications related to Database Administration,
* Experience in management and support, ITIL foundation (minimum)
