Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a Cloud Specialist for a role with one of our clients based in Sweden.
Job Description:
The Application Support Agent carries out 1st line support and is responsible for providing application support services according to the Service Level Agreement. This requires communication with different global sites and departments as well as external customers, suppliers and partners. We are responsible for keeping track on the Service Requests, keeping the customer informed and making sure that the customer is satisfied with the delivered solution.
Required competencies:
- Strong AWS experience
- General IT knowledge
- Working experience with Application support
- Collaboration mind-set within and across teams
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers by managing incidents and requests
- Analysing and resolving incidents
- Identifying potential solution for the defects
- Knowledge management by documenting and sharing knowledge
- Status communication to customers and stakeholders
- Provide improvement suggestions to make delivery better
