Description
Hello,my name is Michele from k2 and I am looking for CRM Siebel Delivery Lead for a project in Frankfurt.
Start date: ASAP or felxible
End: until the end of the year + possible extension
Requirements:
English and German speaking needed
1. Strong Life Science Domain knowledge a plus
2. Having experience up to 10- 12 years with CRM Siebel
3. Understanding of highly integrated systems like Salesforce, SAP, MDM, Marketing, Digital Management
4. Having knowledge in CTI iPad Integration
5. Good understanding in ITIL processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
6. Prior experience in working support projects
7. Experience in Minor releases, bug fixes and small changes
8. Prior experience worked in Siebel IP 15 will be an added advantage
Also prior experience in support project and other technical knowledge are must should have understanding in ITIL processes as well
This is a Application Maintenance Support.
