Description
IT Application Specialist wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- University or equivalent degree in an IT-scientific subject
- Extensive working experience as an application engineer, software engineer
- Expert in mobile and web application development for mobile devices, e.g. iOS and Android
- Strong knowledge of application management, in addition to databases, system security and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Swift, Java, HTML5, Objective-C or C++, JavaScript, SOAP as well as Unix, bash, SQL, ITIL and Jira
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. German is a big plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting the eChannels team and Mobile Competence Center
- Ensuring the smooth running of the channels services
- Taking responsible for the lifecycle of a mobile app
- Maintaining lifecycle measures, configuration and reporting
- Handling of incidents and problem tickets service level communication where necessary
