Description
Endeavour Recruitment has a 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced Database Developer to join a large European client based in Italy.
Database Developer will need to have experience in the design and development of multi-tier Java-based web applications.
In addition to the knowledge and skills implied by the profile, he/she will have an in-depth working knowledge of:
- At least one modern JavaScript framework (preferably JQuery)
- Of a persistence framework (preferably EclipseLink) and of the Java Persistence API (JPA)
- Of the Spring framework and the Java Enterprise Edition specification
Working experience in Datamodelling and physical database design will be an advantage. The service provider will also master the basics of:
- Build management
- Defect tracking and source code management (tagging, branching, merging).
